Dr. Alexander Alonso is a nationally recognized thought leader in human capital, with features in USA Today, NBC News, BBC, CNN, and more. Over the past decade, he has delivered 400+ keynotes and presentations on workforce productivity and human capital strategy. His contributions have earned prestigious accolades, including the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology’s M. Scott Myers Award, the APA Presidential Citation for Innovative Practice, and SIOP’s Distinguished Early Career Contributions for Practice Award.
Alex has authored peer-reviewed research, multiple book chapters, and titles such as The Price of Pettiness, Talking Taboo, and Defining HR Success. He has served on prominent advisory boards including the Secretary of Defense’s Defense Business Board and the Zeal Capital Investor Advisory Board. He is a Fellow of SIOP and Division 14 of the American Psychological Association.
He currently resides in Stafford, VA with his wife Kirstine (42) and their youngest daughter Emily Sarah (18), an incoming freshman at JMU majoring in marketing. A proud girl dad, his oldest daughter Jessica McLean (32) who is a social worker, and his middle daughter Madeline (22) is a student and a student teacher in Stafford County Schools.
