Tom Cohen

Tom Cohen serves as Chief Growth Officer of Coupe Health. In this role, Cohen is responsible for providing the overall strategic direction for the scalable growth of Coupe, in addition to leading its marketing, sales, and account management divisions.

Cohen has more than 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategy for innovative healthcare technology companies and brings a proven track record of driving scalable growth and building high-performing teams.

Before joining Coupe, Cohen most recently served as executive vice president at Softheon, where he led the Health Plan Solutions division and spearheaded sales, marketing, strategic partnerships and account growth. His previous leadership roles include Senior Vice President of Healthcare Solutions at NextHealth Technologies and National Sales Director at HealthSparq, where he partnered with leading payers and health systems to advance consumer engagement, transparency and affordability.

Cohen holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Washington.
