Justin Roberts

Justin Roberts is a Managing Director at Brown & Brown, an employee benefits firm, where he focuses on helping employers design and implement benefit strategies that improve workforce financial well-being and drive measurable outcomes. With a career centered on financial health, Justin partners with organizations to align benefits, education, and strategy to meet the evolving needs of today’s employees.

Justin brings a diverse background in personal economics and employee benefits. Previously, he served as a Senior Manager on Amazon’s Global Financial Health team, supporting employees, the benefits organization, and partner teams through initiatives aimed at improving employee financial health at scale. Prior to Amazon, Justin was a senior leader at a leading 401(k) consulting firm, where he helped pioneer performance-based retirement plan consulting. He has also worked in benefits consulting, advising employers on benefit strategy during periods of significant industry change, including the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. Earlier in his career, Justin worked as a Stockbroker and Financial Advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors.

Justin is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, having served eight years with two combat deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He grew up on a dairy farm in the hills of the Ozarks in northern Arkansas, where his family still resides.
