The 2026 EBRI–SHRM Health Benefits Symposium brings together executives, CHROs, benefits leaders, researchers, and health care innovators to examine the forces reshaping how employers design, deliver, and fund workforce health benefits.

This year’s program places a special focus on artificial intelligence, workforce data, and predictive health. Attendees will explore how AI is influencing benefits design, strategic decision making, workforce support, and the employee experience and how organizations can translate emerging technologies into responsible, affordable, and practical solutions.

The program will also address patient centered pharmacy strategy, the consumerization of health coverage, Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements, and the evolving role of the CHRO in enterprise benefits decisions.
