Masha Romanchak

Membership & Events Manager

Masha Romanchak is the Membership & Events Manager at the Employee Benefit Research Institute (EBRI), where she oversees EBRI members and manages the planning and execution of the organization’s major conferences and events. She joined EBRI in 2022 and supports member engagement through CRM management, event logistics, and outreach initiatives. Prior to EBRI, she worked as a project manager helping launch a start-up nonprofit organization. Masha earned a B.S. in Exercise Science and Psychology from Towson University.
