Deirdre Bertrand

Deirdre is the COO of Candidly. She is responsible for driving operational strategy and efficiency across the organization, overseeing Customer Success, Customer Support, Payment Operations, and Human Resources. Deirdre leads the organization to ensure seamless execution, delivery of exceptional customer experience and operational excellence.

Deirdre began her career in Investment Banking at Jefferies Group and has spent over 20 years in the student loan industry most recently as the COO of Monogram LLC. She holds an undergraduate degree in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College.
