Heather Ruff, Senior Account Executive for Visa Healthcare and Commercial Solutions, brings over 20 years of experience in the payments industry. At Visa, her focus is on healthcare payment products involving consumer-directed health, corporate disbursements, and B2B money flows. She's focused on developing strong partnerships with Visa's current and prospective partners and has the proven ability to understand a customer's priorities and deliver results-driven outcomes. Before joining Visa, she served as the Head of Healthcare Product & Business at Fiserv, where she was responsible for overall product strategy and relationships with consumer-directed health partners. Currently, Heather holds board positions for Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC), Special Interest Group for IIAS Standards (SIGIS), HSA Council, and Employee Benefits Research Institute (EBRI). Heather is based in Nebraska and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership.
