experience insights. A 25-year veteran of Fidelity, Kathy feels
fortunate to work with a passionate group of insights professionals to
bring research-backed customer priorities to the forefront of the
products, experiences, and messaging Fidelity creates.
Kathy has previously held roles across various research teams and on Fidelity’s Thought Leadership team. She also enjoys mentoring colleagues in the market research field.
