Priya Punatar

Priya Punatar is Director of Workplace Research at Fidelity Investments, where she leads research on financial well-being, retirement, and the future of work. Her work focuses on uncovering the motivations and behaviors that shape how people engage with their finances and identifying emerging opportunities to enhance workplace benefits.

Prior to Fidelity, Priya led customer strategy engagements at Accion, a global financial inclusion advisory firm, helping expand access to digital financial services for individuals worldwide. She has also held roles at Gartner and the Federal Reserve, gaining experience across research, strategy, and economic policy.

Priya holds an M.A. in International Economics from Johns Hopkins University and brings a human-centered perspective to her work at the intersection of finance, behavior, and innovation.
