Sarah Faye Pierce

Sarah Faye Pierce is the Head of Government Relations at Paychex, a leading provider of integrated human capital management (HCM) solutions, where she leads the company’s strategy and advocacy efforts on Capitol Hill. She serves as the strategic advisor to the executive leadership team and implements critical government relations advocacy to pursue innovative policy solutions.

With over two decades of experience, she has distinguished her career by holding leadership roles in government relations for Fortune 500 companies as well as national and international trade associations. Most recently, Sarah was the Senior Director of Government Relations for Kimberly-Clark Corporation, where she served as the Head Lobbyist for North American brands before the U.S. Congress and 50 state legislatures on issues impacting the enterprise and business units.

Sarah devotes her free time to counseling professional women seeking to hone their advocacy and strategic capabilities. She is currently mentoring Ukrainian political advocates to combat misinformation campaigns. Additionally, she donates her time to coaching children from underserved communities at the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy.

She has a master’s degree in Legislature Affairs from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Mankato State University.
