Employers have a vested interest in offering a compelling benefits package, as this helps to attract and retain a high-quality work force. Workers, for their part, benefit from their employers offering these benefits and taking an interest in their wellbeing. This Fast Fact analyzes the results from two surveys — the EBRI/Greenwald Research Workplace Wellness Survey and the EBRI Financial Wellbeing Employer Survey — to find areas of common ground between workers and employers and identify areas in which there are differences when it comes to employment-based benefits.
