The 2025 EBRI/Greenwald Research Consumer Engagement in Health Care Survey (CEHCS) takes the pulse of how insured adults navigate today’s health care system — from the cost of coverage and care to satisfaction with health plans, open enrollment decisions, and where people turn for health information. Conducted in the United States Oct. 13–Nov. 8, 2025, the 18-minute online survey polled adults ages 21–64 with coverage through an employer, purchased directly from a carrier, or obtained through a government exchange. This year’s edition explores plan choice and health plan basics, health savings accounts, financial security, and emerging issues shaping consumer decisions — including GLP-1 medications, health technology, and artificial intelligence.
