She provides trusted and value-added guidance for mid-cap to Fortune 100 companies, nonprofit and healthcare organizations, privately-owned businesses, and higher education institutions, among others.
Simon has held executive leadership roles with global professional services firms specializing in human capital, risk, health, and management consulting including Mercer, Conduent (formerly Xerox) and Hewitt Associates (now Aon). Most recently, she led Segal’s Global Corporate and Nonprofit Business, where she executed a strategic growth plan that tripled revenues in under five years. At Conduent, she served as Managing Director and Global Practice Leader for both the Career, Compensation & Management Consulting Practice and the Thought Leadership, Compliance & Innovation Practice. Earlier in her career, Ms. Simon practiced law with McDermott Will & Emery. In addition to leading business lines, she has overseen global markets, service delivery, strategy, sales, innovation, and business operations, bringing a broad-based approach to complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
Ms. Simon has testified before the U.S. Congress and multiple Federal and State Government agencies on public policy issues impacting millions of Americans. She recently led the development of the 2030 public policy strategic plan for the American Benefits Council on behalf of the association’s membership (primarily Fortune 500 companies).

She has served on the ERISA Industry Committee’s Advisory Council and is an editor of the BNA Tax Management’s Compensation Planning Journal, a member of the American Bar Association and a distinguished Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefit Counsel.
