Debby Moorman

As Executive Vice President, Health & Benefits, Debby leads Inspira Financial’s employee health benefits business, helping employers deliver personalized solutions that strengthen the connection between health and financial well-being. 

Debby joined Inspira Financial in 2025 and brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across health care and employee benefits. She previously served as North America Health & Benefits Practice Leader at Willis Towers Watson and spent more than two decades at Aetna in senior leadership roles focused on strategy, innovation, and employer benefits. 

Debby holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Florida State University.
