Jason Herman

Jason Herman is the Head of Partnerships and Business Development at SecureSave. In his role, he leads their strategy around acquiring new partners and managing these relationships. He also leads business development for SecureSave and supports the Sales process for large, complex enterprise opportunities. Jason has over 25 years of experience in the Financial Wellness and Retirement industries, which includes roles on the consulting, internal HR, and provider sides of employee benefits.

Prior to this role, Jason was supporting the evolution of financial wellness solutions at Morgan Stanley at Work and Northstar. Previously, he spent 8 years as an HR executive, leading the financial benefits and retirement plan strategy at BlackRock and New York Life. Early in his career, Jason was a Retirement Plan Consultant/Actuary at Mercer and he holds a B.S. in Biometry & Statistics from Cornell University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
