Judy
Herbst is the Executive Director & CEO of Savvy Ladies®, a national
nonprofit dedicated to empowering women through free financial education and
one-on-one guidance. A brand and marketing strategist turned nonprofit leader,
Judy brings deep expertise in consumer marketing, storytelling, and growth
strategy to mission-driven leadership. She oversees strategy, operations,
partnerships, and fundraising, positioning Savvy Ladies for sustainable
national expansion.
Under
her leadership, the organization has scaled revenue from $225,000 to more than
$700,000 and is on track to surpass $1 million, while expanding its reach to
connect 200+ women each month with pro bono financial professionals through its
Free Financial Helpline.
Judy’s
background spans public relations, communications, and business development
across premium, heritage, and high-growth brands. She now applies the same
disciplined brand-building and relational marketing strategies, rooted in
education, authenticity, and community, to drive nonprofit impact and financial
confidence for women nationwide.
In 2025, Judy earned the Accredited Behavioral Finance Professional™ (ABFP®) designation, integrating behavioral finance principles into program design, client engagement, and organizational strategy to deepen outcomes and strengthen financial decision-making.
