Justin Roberts

Justin Roberts is the Principal for Amazon’s Global Financial Health team.  The Financial Health Team supports employees, the benefits organization, and partner teams by focusing on initiatives that impact employee financial health. The Financial Health Team’s mission is to support overall employee financial health and appropriately address the evolving financial needs of Amazon employees. Justin is passionate about inventing and implementing solution based financial programs that focus on driving to desired outcomes.  

Justin has a diverse background in personal economics.  He previously worked as a Sr. Leader of a leading 401k consulting firm helping to pioneer performance-based 401k consulting.   He also worked in benefit consulting, helping firms structure benefits packages while adapting to the industry changes brought forward by the Affordable Care Act.  Prior to Justin’s work in benefits, he worked as a Stockbroker and Financial Advisor for Wells Fargo Advisors.   

Justin is a prior Marine having served in the United States Marine Corps for 8 years and serving 2 tours of duty to combat operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.  He grew up in the hills of the Ozarks on a Dairy Farm in North Arkansas where his family still resides.
