Sri Krishnamurthy, CFA, CAP

Sri Krishnamurthy, CFA, CAP, is the founder of QuantUniversity. With over twenty years of experience, Sri has guided and consulted with various organizations in AI, Quantitative Analysis, Risk Management, Fintech, Machine Learning, and Statistical Modeling related topics. His leadership skills and knowledge have made him an invaluable asset to CXOs across various sectors, helping them navigate the complexities of modern technology and data-driven strategies.

Previously, Sri has worked for Citigroup, Endeca, and MathWorks, with extensive consulting roles for numerous top-tier clients in financial services and energy. Sri has guided over 5,000 students and professionals through intricate quantitative methods, analytics, AI, and big data topics in the industry and as a faculty member at Babson College, Northeastern University, and Hult International Business School.

Sri is a recognized thought leader and is a frequent speaker at multiple CFA, PRMIA, QWAFAFEW, TEDx events and at various international finance and machine learning conferences. He also serves on the QWAFAFEW sub-committee, as a Journal of Asset Management reviewer, and as a board member of the CFA Society, Boston.

Sri holds an MS in Computer Systems Engineering and an MS in Computer Science from Northeastern University, along with an MBA focused on investments from Babson College. He has been a CFA Charterholder since 2011.

Sri is working on his first book AI Risk Management to be published by Wiley in 2024.
